The event is deeply therapeutic and effective, the setting is fabulously calm and healing. 

Self-care is often neglected as there is always someone else who needs your time and energy more. 

This event is designed to create personal space, re-energise and refresh and have a deep relaxation experience in a very small group. There is a welcome goodie bag and bottomless non-alcohol cocktails and refreshments at the end of the event while enjoying the beauty of the setting as spring emerges. 

Wear something loose and comfortable to move in.

Bring walking shoes and a coat if you want to explore the countryside  

There will be a fire pit (if weather allows) and the chance to see the hertiage site and country walks too at these 2 spring solstice retreat events.
